The pink beaches of Bermuda have
a remarkable pink color found in very few places. Bermuda's pink sand owes its distinctive pink hue to the small, dark red skeletal
animals that grow on its coral reefs, among the world's northernmost
reefs. That may sound uncomfortable but pink sand feels just like white sand.
Many beaches are bordered by great rock formations that turn them into small semi-private coves, sometimes just large enough to accommodate several families.
