Sky Safari Zip-Line
St. Kitts

Sky Safari at Wingfield Estate in Old Road Village features a fast zip-line tour through part of the St. Kitts rain forest  and over the Wingfield River using a harness capable of reaching speeds of up to 80km an hour.

Sky Safari offers 5 cable lines:

Monkey Trainer (Line 1) - 140 ft
The Boss (Line 2) - 1350 ft and 250 feet above the rainforest.
Mango Tango (Line 3) - 1000 ft
Brimstone Blast (Line 4) - 900 ft with unobstructed view of the huge fortress
River Rocker (Line 5) - 500 ft

Sky Safari’s base is located at Wingfield Estate, home of the oldest rum distillery and last surviving aqueduct in the Eastern Caribbean and only a few minutes walk from famed Romney Manor and Carabelle Batik.

Open year round, rain or shine, Sky Safari advertises itself as the “safest cable ride system in the world.” It bases its safety claim on its permanent rock anchor system vs anchoring cables into trees, the normal practice. Sky Safari also says its cables are 3 times the thickness of conventional zip line systems, making the threat of a cable break far less likely.

A Skyline tour, lasting 2-3 hours, includes a shuttle from Basseterre to Wingfield Estate, harnessing in, safety orientation and the zip-line activity.

To participate, you must wear closed toe shoes; insect repellent, hat and sunscreen are recommended.
Minimum age is 6 years with minimum weight of 60 pounds. Maximum weight limit is 275 pounds.

Warning: Once you book and pay, getting a refund is tough. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled  tour. Cancellations made 48 - 24 hours before a tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made more 48 hours ahead of time earns an 80% refund.

Only way to receive a 100% refund is if Sky Safari itself cancels its tour.
