St. Lucia Rain Forest Hikes

All hikes in the St. Lucia Rain Forest can be done in half a day except for the Edmund Forest Reserve, which takes considerably longer.

Bring drinking water and, if you're on a tour, your own snacks, which often last half a day. Insect repellent usually is optional but you never know.
