Cozumel offers two types of fishing, shallow water flats angling of offshore trolling and bottom fishing. Shallow water flats located off several sections of Cozumel’s coast offers anglers the chance to do contest with silver-scaled bonefish, one of the hardest fighting salt water game fish for its size. There is nothing more exhilarating than holding onto your rod with the trip straight up while you watch that powerful silver streak tear the line off your spool at an unbelievable rate. This is one of fishing’s true adrenalin highs.
